As a course coordinator, one of my primary responsibilities is to ensure that fellow instructors have the resources and support they need to effectively teach the course. This includes providing them with comprehensive materials such as a class Canvas site, which houses all assignments, grading rubrics, and procedural documents. However, my role extends beyond simply supplying these resources. It is equally important to communicate the pedagogical rationale behind the decisions made when designing the course structure and content.

To facilitate this, I maintain clear documentation and engage in ongoing communication with the teaching team throughout the semester. This approach ensures that all instructors understand not only the what and how of the course, but also the why behind each choice made in course planning and delivery.

Below are examples of documents I have developed and shared with the instructional team to promote consistency and alignment across all course sections, ensuring that we maintain common standards in teaching practices and student expectations.
